Why/how do cyclist (pedal bikes) go through red-lights and not set the red-light camera off?
Just curious as seen so many cyclist just ignoring the highway code (and getting away with it) the main for me is them going through red traffic lights, which is dangerous and breaking the law, but to my main question? why does the red-light camera not work on cyclist??
Even if they did how would the culprit be traced, no number plate.
